South Fork’s menu evokes a feeling of nostalgia, with several “comfort food” dishes done with our own unique twist–many of which showcase locally sourced and grown ingredients. We are proud to support local businesses such as Palouse Brand lentils and chickpeas, Rival Rubs BBQ sauce and seasonings, and WSU Organics farm, as well as many others.
